Napoleon in Rags

i read this poem 'Napoleon in Rags' a few weeks ago but i've gone back to re-read it a few times.
it's by someone called 'Dylan' and i think it's rather spliffin', it's original, well written and has the mysterious x-factor. well worth a read i'd say.
