uploading
It's wonderful that (apparantly) we are now able to upload stories!
Just a few things-
The uploading process seems to have become overly complicated in that one has to type in a poem (which now seems to be completely in double line spacing, although I confess I have no idea whether this is carried to the final look of the piece) and then add it to an abc collection. This means that the author must first type out the poem, upload it, and find it again in the list of stories below the list of abc sets (which, in my case, and I'm sure many others, is very long). Then s/he must make sure that whichever set s/he is adding it to has a space for the letter the title begins with, and if this is not the case, must edit the story, which may subject it to moderation if it contains words the filter doesn't like.
And are we going to be able to delete abc sets? There isn't an option at the moment.
I'm sorry, didn't mean to rant. Now sound like a complaining old...never mind. I certainly don't mean to criticize in such a patronising manner, not becoming my years, for one. All the same, this complicated system really makes it difficult to upload things quickly, and makes it less appealing. Anyone know of a shortcut?
Sorry, sorry, going on again.
Anyway well done abctales for getting this far- keep working on those glitches; sorry to be so whiny!!
