Only one week left to enter the UKA Opening Pages Competition, deadline 31st October 2007

Shortlist this year will be chosen by crime writer Judith Cutler (http://www.judithcutler.com) and Neil Marr, Publisher ( http://www.bewrite.net) in collaboration with Don Masters, UKA Press (http://www.UKAPress.com) acquisitions editor.

All short listed entrants will be invited to submit their finished manuscript to the UKA Press to be considered for publication.

The winning entry will be published (following completion of the manuscript and editing) by The UKA Press.

Yes, all well and lovely, except that Don Masters doesn't exist does he? His user name on uka is the non-sensical Michel is it not? Why the subterfuge? Oh yes, you are after money which Richard (founder of uka and who wants to turn it into a friendsreunited style site) craves more than anything else. Tough shit. It won't happen and I feel sorry for all the people you have hood-winked. Should Trading Standards be called? It is fraudulant after all.
