Total Lunar Eclipse Photographs

A couple of my shots from the total lunar eclipse, as seen from the Rocky Mountains. December 21, 2010.

Great pictures Denver!
You were so lucky to capture these pictures, they are so clear. There won't be another Eclipse for over 400 years, so I was grateful to see these. The sky wasn't clear enough here in England, so they said on the radio. Thanks again. Jenny.

I expect, if you are lucky, you will get a chance to see a lunar eclipse next year Jenny. It’s only lunar eclipses on the Winter Solstice that are every 400 years. Here’s a link to forth coming lunar eclipses: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunar_eclipse#2009.E2.80.932013
Thanks Mangone, Ah! I see now. Well I will look out for the next lunar eclipse. I find it always seems to be cloudy, in this country when there's a lunar eclipse. Actually even when there's a meteor shower, it always seems to be cloudy. Oh well. Thanks anyway. Jenny.
