I also enjoyed Village Boy. There was a great deal of tenderness in the writing. It's also quite fascinating to step into another culture so intimately (hey, I know it's only America but technically it is another culture). I love reading about parent-child relationships; there were some sweet and lovingly observed moments. Well done on Story Of The Day.
