I've lived alone since 1969. For most of that time I've had so much stuff there was almost no place for me. And that was before adding all the stuff stored at my parent's house.
I have cleaned things out a lot. Now I only have a tiny fraction of what used to be there. What's left is mostly books, clothes, and framed prints....and a computer. That's it. That's all I need really.
whahey! have you got any X-Men villains? the Thundercats ones were really well made, as i recall. um. ahem.
Martin, i feel like i'm listening in on a conversation that only you and Mrs_T should be having!
On the other issue, I like to have enough paper to make a disgraceful mess, shelves of books and CD's, posters, millions of photographs liberally spread around, art utensils falling out of drawers and a few action figures for battling with when I'm feel like dominating something.
I would have thought it more like Mrs_T had a muffin bunny...
I have Sabretooth, Iceman, Nightcrawler and Gambit - and Heavyarms, Sandrock and Wing Zero from Gundam. We used to have all the Thundercats, and yes, they were op quality action figures. I think my share consisted of Lion-O, Tigra, Panthro, Vultureman, Wileykat, and that rat fella. And I had the Thundertank.
No, he was lazy and liked to sleep, and he just died. He wasn't sick as far as I could tell, and only 2 and a half years old.
He was called Basil. (Of Basil the pedigree Siberian hamster.)
