"THE ONE AND ONLY" IS HEADED FOR GLASTONBUDGET

I just received this press release, check out the running order:

"The One and Only Glastonbudget Festival, running from 30th April to 1st
May 2005 at Turnpost Farm, Wymeswold, has just announced that another "One
and Only" will be joining their already star-studded line-up!

90s pop sensation and star of TV's "The Games" Chesney Hawkes will be
wowing the crowds with Oasis tribute band "Oasish" on day two of this
unique Festival.

The son of former Tremeloes writer and vocalist Chip Hawkes, Chesney shot
to prominence in 1991 with the UK chart-topper "The One And Only", his
first single, written for him by Nik Kershaw. The song went on to become he
twentieth most successful release of the entire decade.

In 1991, he starred in the film 'Buddy's Song' playing a young boy called
'Buddy Clark' who claws his way up the treacherous ladder of the pop world
with the help of his Dad, played by Roger Daltrey.

Since then Chesney won a whole new raft of fans when he finished a very
valiant third in this year's `The Games` on Channel 4. He is also appearing
in the new Granada/LWT show 'Hit Me Baby One More Time' which started
earlier this month.

Chesney and "Oasish" will be joining an amazing Glastonbudget line-up set
to play tribute to giants of music such as T-Rex (T-Rextasy), U2 (Us 4),
Madness (One Step Behind), Meat Loaf (To Hell And Back), Rod Stewart, U2
(US4), AC/DC (AC-DO), Stereophonics (Stereotonics), Coldplay (Coolplay) to
name but a few.

Glastonbudget will be the result of a year-long search by the organisers to
find the best tribute acts in the country. With a capacity of 10,000, the
two day event will be a unique experience - truly a "One and Only"!

Glastonbudget is at Turnpost Farm on the border of Leicestershire and
Nottinghamshire on Saturday 30th April and Sunday 1st May 2005.

That is too good to be true. I have a theory that Chesney Hawkes was The Darkness before the Darkness was. *quietly, but not too quietly* I quite liked Chesney Hawkes.
