Another good chapter from Juliet's 'pen'. Have to admit, I don't usually read fiction but this story is drawing me in. Characters are maintaing their development at a steady pace and I blush to admit, I could really identify with the bit about the obituary columns in the newspapers. Liked the imagery of the moth in the glass and the last line of the chapter, found particularly poignant, making for an effectively strong ending. Few typos to sort but no doubt the finished novel will be 'pristine'.

this upcoming novel never stops to amaze me. I also am not too much into fiction, only if it is written very well. And in Juliet's case, it is. I fell over some typos too, but the feel of the story compensated and I could identify with many of its sentiments. The powerful end made me want more. More, more, Juliet!

ty guys for your support - i seem compelled to start novels. I am glad this story is holding interest and in the next few chapters the conflicts begin to gain momentum and things begin to unravel around the main characters. Yutka, the no speech marks seems to be working? i find it suits the dense, claustrophobic atmosphere, thanks for giving me the encouragement to experiment. Juliet
