month of stories

dear all,

you probably don't know me or care to - I used to post on here some years previous, and stopped more recently as I mixed less well with word counts more and all the more, and was forced to edit a tale to appease the owner of a Norfolk based burger van who had read one of my stories in which he had become a central character, leaving the pivotal visual gag as pointless as everything.

I have recently been indulging in a month of stories, writing and posting a (mainly short) story a day on my blog http://one-huge-peachy.blogspot.com 

I had intended to put them up here as well, but instead would invite you to have a look at the blog if you're interested, to save duplication. if nothing else the project, in reducing the need for ever more complex, convoluted and wordy pieces, had reminded me of the pleasure of going for it.
