Has anyone else noticed the often bizarre ad suggestions that this feature comes up with?

for example, whilst editing my poem, Itching, it came up with several suggestions including sweet itch and jock itch treatment. Since then I have been happily clicking away to see what other pieces incite...(yes, I'm very bored today!)
