Anna Brown's Estate

Tom & Jacques
Jacques was responsible for all the legal matters and domestics I had very little to do with it I did the social side.
Mr Loots has been dodging and diving for years postponing a settlement at any cost with any possible excuse and only making promises without substantiating anything. He and other family are becoming less and less reliable. It has also become all the more difficult for us to cover other rightful personal costs and now even to have our monthly allowance in time.
We will now demand other trustworthy persons to finalise the estate to be appointed by the court.
With our mother's passing early 2019 Johan and Ionie Loots (her sister) were responsible for her, Anna Brown's estate. Ionie was executer and appointed Johan Loots (her husband) attorney.
I believe Bertus de Vos (an uncle) authorised all financial transactions.
We are the only heirs. Since then it now appears nothing has been done. We suspect several grave irregularities possibly fraud and perhaps including regarding tax matters.
We are now to see the master of court next week, us two brothers together with Johan Loots will meet with the master to ask and establish the following matters:
What was the value of the estate at the time of my mother's passing? What is the value of the estate at present? Containing her life's savings, we have still not been told anything. We insist on seeing the records for ourselves.
He might even have paid the capital into his own bank account.
The inheritance was substantial she planned on a dream of overseas travel for her retirement, and it sounded she would well be able before her untimely passing.
What is value of the property? Where is the property deed and transport documents? In who's name is it? When will it be in our name?
Who will be our contact and responsible person for the estate?
We are dependents and it is now seven years since our mother's passing.
