Scroll?

Hi, everyone, not been around for a while, my bad.
I noticed a scroll beside one of my stories where a cherry used to be. Can anyone explain what this is for, please?

Thanks,Tony, I hope you and yours keeping well. I've not done any fresh writing for a while, other than edit, edit, edit. Lifers is now about as polished as I can get it, and still no one seems interested, but we can dream can't we? Regards, Mark.
