can i join my new account, with old one??

i used to have a different account,but forgot my password..and couldnt get my new one,because i had lost the password for my email too!! .
i've written an email about it before,but got nothing..its a tad annoying that i can't get to a majority of my work anymore..
please,can someone tell me if its possible to join them?

Sorry for not replying to your email. There is so much spam in the help box that sometimes I miss the genuine ones - my apologies for that. and now I'm going to tell you that I don't know the answer - however I have alered Mike Dixon, our techie, and he will be in touch shortly. all the best, Tony
