A Life More Ordinary by SilverSpunSand
I thought long and hard before awarding this one a cherry. It's a very well worn path, but I liked the anger, the simplicity and the pace:

I liked the little twist at the end. I thought it was a best friend at first. Clever.
I really got dragged into this, got a real feel for her pain. Liked the image at the end with the mirror.
I love stories and poems with a twist - this one had me guessing until the end. I like the title and also the ending - well written, Tina.
Foster.
Just to say a big 'thankyou' to Tony for my cherry and to lisa h, Foster and last but by no means least, archergirl, for reading my poem and taking the time and trouble to comment - in such an encouraging way at that. I do appreciate it. Ty Tina
