Millfield Sunday Supplement, 24th June

The Millfield Sunday Supplement is at it again!!!
Scouring the fringes of showbiz to bring you another headily eclectic line
up for your Sunday pleasure.

June's Banquet of Bards and Ballads promises to be more than usually
special, with an appearance by Poet and Theatre Manager Ralph Dartford.
Ralph's poetry fairly fizzes with bittersweet experience and wistful
observation.

Recently relocated from Manchester to Colchester (It's a "Chester" thing.)
we are proud to bring you Matt Hill - The Quiet Loner. Matt's album, Secret
Ruler of the World, has had things like this said about it:

"Album of the year 2004" Americana-uk.com
"Like the sweet sting of velvet nettles" Uncut
"an absolute treasure of originality." Logo Magazine

A welcome return to the Millfield stage for young poet Alice Evans, who will
be reading "A Year in Haiku" shortly to be published in A-Muse magazine.

Back from holiday in the Med, a tanned and thoroughly relaxed BJ Cole will
be bringing us sunshine through the strings, pedals and levers of his Steel
Guitar, while Gareth Rowan will be egging it all on, hamming it up and
singing songs about breakfast, revenge and debauchery.
