Urban Regeneration

There have been news reports that people from certain areas of London have been moved to Luton or Buckinghamshire, as the London areas in which they normally live are being revamped.  Yes, being moved is a nuisance but if urban regeneration were never tried, people would moan about being stuck in Victorian slums, so you are damned if you do and damned of you don't.
