FREE BOOKS - The Starbirth Assignment

Thanks very much - books are free until 24th October. A great endorsement from someone who writes hilarious humour books like Calico Jack in Your Garden, which I can throughly recommend!

It says in the blurb:

I was exposed to an unknown drug in my teens and the only powers I developed were to eat everything in the fridge-- even an opened tin of chestnut puree-- and then play with myself in bed listening to Hawkwind.  I guess that's the difference between me and Lock Halford.

Not much difference then except Lock has a wife so doesn't need to play with himself. As for the rest of it, the power to eat everything in sight - well, that's something I'll have to consider for future books! Could be developed - cannibalism, maybe? Taking chunks out of people when standing next to them in a queue? It would make sleeping next to the wife something of a traumatic experience........
