Radio Silence

My apologies to anyone who has been wondering what happened to me.  I'm pleased to say that it's not due to anything sinister or, for that matter, exciting!

Back in February, my aunt, who lived in Spain, unexpectedly passed away.  As her primary contact, I had to deal with the funeral arrangements and her property (which included eight cats!)  I don't know if you've had the pleasure of dealing with Spanish bureaucracy but it's a bit like British bureaucracy, but on steroids.  I decided, whilst I was embroiled in all this, that I would put everything else on hold, hence the absence of my weekly episodes.  Six months later, absolutely nothing has made any progress and I don't hold out any hope of it changing anytime soon.

I apologise unreservedly to those who were following my Further Chronicles of a Young Lady (and her Maid), which was nearing its end.  I hope to be able to buckle down and pick up the story soon.  In the meantime, I've had a birthday and that sparked an idea for a story, which prompted me to come back here and post an entirely new Undertakers story, which may be the first in a brand new saga to come in the near future.

All of the above is somewhat dependent on Spain not springing to life again, which it might do, so watch this space.
