Rise of a Prodigy:

Just to clarify, these four chapters are not brand new. I recently discovered this site, and wish for feedback. To summarize this story, Elisa Varian has spent her whole life waitng to become a prodigy of Gardena, an order of elite sorcerers who serve the kingdom. However, It soon becomes clear that not all is as it seems Meanwhile, Steffanes Ingriade, Captain of the Guard at Elleden tower, home of Gardena's prodigies, is tired of his monotonous duties. Yet his past haunts him, leaving him trapped in cycle of self hatred.

Elisa Gets her first view as to what life might be like at Elleden tower, and it does not look promising.

First part of chapter five, will post second part later. Elisa finds herself in a desperate situation, yet fate affords her a way to get some answers.
