Enough!

OK folks, I've had enough of people slagging each other off on here. It's not on. That's why I've deleted the latest slanging match.

I am not going to adjudicate on the rights and wrongs - it's far too easy on the internet to just attack people and use bad language - I just want it to stop.

This is a writing site and many of us get to know each other pretty well through it. That's no reason to lay into each other.

Let's just declare a truce and get on with writing.

A good word, Tony. If people wish to read readers mugging each other, you should try some of our newspapers in Canada, especially the Chronicle Herald; it is brutal. And I don't know what is going on with our young people with their cyber bullying.
