As an avid fan of the soap I have been sadly, piteously disappointed in this week's episodes on the costa-del-crime.
What is Rula Lenska (down-market Joanna Lumley-same haircut for 30 years- not a good look love- and what were all those close-ups of her legs all about?) doing with Frank anyway- and is anyone meant NOT to recognise Frank just because he hasn't got his 'tache and wig on?
Why isn't Peggy staying in a hotel- why has she shacked up with the golf-clubbing crumbly ex-coppa who was quite enjoying his lap dance thankyou very much before the new Samanfa was revealed to us in more ways than one(I see Daniella Westbrook had surgery on more that just her mono-nostril)I can't believe that nothing is going on back in the square-do you think all the other characters have gone on holiday?
What does everyone else reckon?

I am so glad someone else has mentioned this strange "eastenders abroad" story line. Since I don't live in the UK and only have BBC Prime for company (a very strange collection of Carol Smiley/Vets in the Wild/Weakest Link/Fern Briton/Fawlty Towers... all seemingly endlessly repeated) Easties is my only connection to soap land... and what have I had to suffer this week? Peggy-vision. Obviously the eastenders crew and ms windsor herself felt the need for some winter sun. Nice to see your BBC fees are being well spent. Wonder if Peggy with pop down to Elderado while she's there?
