It's out...!!!!

My copy has just arrived (thank you Amazon) and is now sitting proudly on my desk at work waiting to be read. It looks ace!

Mine hasn't arrived... instead I have an email from Amazon saying that my payment failed to process. Take that as a show of my loyalty as a fan, Drew - I ordered it so long ago that the card I used has since expired. I'm going to wait now and buy it from Muswell Hill Bookshop, because they're lovely in there, so they are.

I got mine this morning. I laughed at the third paragraph - the one about the Korg keyboard. Between then and having to put the book down to work, the smile never left my face. Drew's enviable tone and style comes through again - every word, sentence and paragraph is the right length and choice. He crafts these things, he really does. Sharp, witty and enjoyable. I'm only a couple of dozen pages in but I'm loving it so far. Sexy cover, too. Proper cool, DrewGum.
