The title is lovely and almost sets spack up for a wealth of ideas to include. I like the playful side of this, particularly the childish description of flowers in block colours to the vindictive "headbutt the little bastard". "waffle-stack estate" is excellently evocative. I prefer this to the one that was cherrypicked recently, New Things.

For some odd reason, the idea of malicious balloons reminds me of The Prisoner.
