Quilt
...or curtains in your grandmother's house, a bit of sky from a place you remember. If it was that easy to patchwork pieces of my heart together, it would have been done long ago (the thread kept snapping) My piece of sky would be ebony and diamonds, not suitable for a quilt just because it would be too heavy. Perhaps it does all fit together, only not outside myself- I realise now, I am the only way it will stitch.
