I've lived in Brighton on and off for the past 27 years (I spent 11 years in Lewes & one god awful year in Rye) I originate from Yorkshire. I was born into poverty and then lived in what we called 'the lap of luxury' with my two brothers on a Council Estate until the age of 16, whereby after a year in a factory, I buggered off and joined the British Army. I never looked back.
