Hooray, after much to-ing and fro-ing of emails (they ignored most of mine!) and not a little pressure from our printer (who have an agreement with them), the purchase button for 'Voices from the Web' has finally appeared on Amazon UK. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Voices-Anthology-2011-2012-Various-Authors/dp/19... Thanks, it's supposed to reflect the Games. I actually wanted to call it the Olympic Special Edition, as a sort of memento for the authors, but I read an article about some poor chap who'd been sued for using 'Olympic' (nothing to do with the Games) in the title of his book. So I contacted the Olympic Committee (since there was no way we could afford a lawsuit) and couldn't believe what they told me. No mention of 'Olympics' (or any derivation thereof...e.g. Olympix) was permitted, all had been trademarked. And I know they have people scouring the net to look for just such infringements. So, being a small, small press, I had to cave in (much against my better judgement). http://www.ukauthors.com
