I am   half way through writing the first draft of what I hope to be my first published novel,The Food Federation.

I am  a Scottish writer based in Glasgow. I have had several poems and short stories published both on and offline. A few years ago I  received help from Playwright Studio Scotland to develop my play Daddy Bang Bang.

I am now involved with Birds of Paradise Theatre Company. I am really looking forward to working with them  to  further developing my skills as a writer and playwright.I  was born with Cerebral Palsy which has left  me hearing but unable to speak. I  was born  slap bang in the middle of Glasgow, a city that is world famous for its rich distinct language.

I have  always felt a wee bit linguistically left out.

This is why I write.
