will i ever see paris? or peru? will i ever dance on ice and eat clouds? fall in love enough to make all other memories pale in comparison? become an aclaimed writer/designer/dancer/actress/talkshow host? have kids? adopt kids? paint my own kitchen wall? save the whales? hug a tree? teach my grandchildren my special brownie recipe?

Glorious shoulders, oh my!

Do you remember Glorious Shoulders? not Gleaming Biceps (GB), not Hot Stalker (HS), but Glorious Shoulders (GS). i met him two months ago at a pool party, was fascinated by his amazing swimmer body (six packs rippling) and his hazel eyes, and vaguely remembered having a conversation with him, although the six packs were rippling too much.

i thought he would come over and i would cook us some pasta, we'd put big fish, and i'd impress him with my knowledge of fairytales, and then i would start: "when i was sixteen..."
