am not sure they want to hear what civil servants think though - wasn't one of the first things the new chancellor did, to sack the top official in the finance ministry? Let alone public :0)

yes, everything is so weird these days, could all happen. I think is more likely they'll work out how to combine orca and human dna than that there will be any actual orcas left, though. I did like the idea of robots in the distant future...
