Real jobs

We definitely need more school leavers (girls as well as boys) to become plumbers, electricians, car mechanics, lorry drivers etc. Job security, plenty of work, and good wages, if you're competent. Much better than going to University IMHO. ...
I've just been to the gym and sometimes I'm the only one in there not staring at a phone. I mean most people are actually using the equipment whilst scrolling and staring.
If the worst should come to worst and the vet recommends Ludo has his leg amputated, I just wanted to let you know that I had a cat with three legs who was very happy and active and actually amazingly agile.
Knotty was a long haired feral who I fed in the garden for 18 months, but I couldn't touch him. He would sit and talk to me while I was gardening, and always looked like he wanted to be loved, but was too scared.
I walked into the kitchen once to find my cat Knotty up on the worktop with his head stuffed in a plate of roast beef which I'd taken out of the fridge.. He'd only eaten two slices but I thought the rest would be a health hazard so I let him...
