You could take him to a vets

You could take him to a vets to see if he is microchipped, that would tell you where he lives. Or I believe that if you contact Cats Protection, to say you are trying to find out if he is a stray or not, they will come to your house with a hand...
I had my cataracts removed a couple of years ago. It was mainly because I was suffering badly with being dazzled by oncoming headlights when driving at night - cataracts cause what's called a 'halo effect' which make this worse.
Twenty years ago when I moved into my cottage, the only colour in my garden at this time of year would have been the leaves on the cherry treees and the flaming brightness of the scarlet and orange berries on the pyracantha.

Van Morrison, Dire Straits, Queen, Steppenwolf, John Lee Hooker, Stone Roses, Billie Holliday and Santana (I pretend to sing in Spanish but god knows what I'm actually singing) in the car at the mo. Guess it sounds like we are all the same...
The Irish are such lovely, easy going people. Back in the 90's a friend and I went on a walking /cycling holiday. I am a bit vague about where we went, but I do remember we did all the 'W's - Waterford, Wexford and Wicklow.
Is your vet an independent one, or part of a group ? Over 60% of all vets are now part of a big group, whose only purpose is to make money. The vet I go to in Cirencester was started by three ladies, two vets and a nurse who had all been...
