Might be worth numbering these Ewan? For people who aren't reading as you post?
The book pricing thing can work both ways. At village fetes the price list goes: shiny hardback 'written' by Jeffrey Archer - £1. Illustrated edwardian schoolgirl story - 20p. I built up quite a collection when I lived there.
Breathtaking is right - amazing isn't it? I didn't realise there were different names for each section either (in fact I thought you'd misspelled petals at first) - thank you!

What he managed to create in such a very short time was astonishing, and it still sounds as fresh today as it did then. Such a shame you missed it. Thanks for this Turlough. I will now go and try to scrub the memory of 1970s food from my brain
