An unnamed village in England, the year 1349. The village Reeve isolates his family; Mattie, the mute peasant girl, runs an errand; Wycliffe, the priest, relays a disturbing message from the bishop. Part 2 of 7.

England, the year 1349. In an unnamed village a visiting procession provides a warning; a priest shows his disdain; and a mute peasant girl attends to her father. Part 1 of 7.
