My stories

ETHIOPIA IN MY SOUL poem

How lucky we are, never to worry about moisture coming from the air. It makes me grieve for the parched areas of the world, like Ethiopia, where the women are braver than mountains.

PORTUGUESE COVE NOVA SCOTIA poem

Everyone has a poem within; let it out. My wife & I enjoy traversing back roads where outposts like Portuguese Cove, where history, family life and the smell of adventure abounds.

AWAKENING poem

Imagine the morning mist, slowly evaporating from the lake near your tent, water shushing against your canoe, the cry of early loons, spiderwebs crystallized on trees. Imagine.

TROY LOVES HIS DADDY storybook for ages 5-8

Once more Troy kissed his sleeping daddy's cheek. Tonight Troy left "Teddy" curled up with his father.

LOOKING UP poem

Beauty is seen easily in a waterfall. It's reflecting sheen like angel dust, and this sight is at the Elora Falls, in Fergus, Ontario.
