Planet Earth is Blue 2 Read Count
On a lighter note...can anyone explain the massive spike in reads for Rob's story Planet Earth is Blue 2? I am a big fan of his work and am avidly following this series, but i'm finding it hard to explain the spike in read counts between 1, 2 and 3. I haven't heard back from Rob to see what he thinks, but pretty soon it will be bigger than Angela Bromley's Massive Tits.
I realise that drawing people's attention to this will only exacerbate the anomoly but I need answers.
My only thought (which is pretty lame) is that Earth: The Blue Planet is a new DVD release and that it is in region 2 format and people are randomly searching for it across the internet.
Actually, Rob has got back to me and rather sensibly suggested that it might just be wrong...this hadn't occured to me.
I bet you're right fatboy. the first time I mean. If you look at the list of things I've written, there's one called "nigella lawson's lamb tagine" - and it has loads of reads too. I think it's quite amusing to think that I might have unintentionally pissed off five hundred people. I see rob's managed the same with over eight hundred! Very impressive. Maybe it will cheer him up and take his mind off the flu.
emm I'll need to try that cunning ploy: 'The bible: a commentary and ...
Planet Earth...
Question Time
Closing Times...
Yes, I must try that more often except I'm not sure I'm really looking for David Attenborough's market. I suppose I could either be flattered at the number of hits for one episode or despondent at the proportion who haven't read any of the others... As it is, it's hard to think beyond my persistently and tediously spiking temperature, but I've finally managed to get chapter 11 posted at least.
Anyway, thanks Fatboy for the publicity! You're probably right - and there was I assuming that ABCtales had a technical glitch ... (perish the thought!)
Rob
No technical glitch I can assure you - but it's always good to attract new people to the site!
Apparently the second most popular search on google for today is "feminizing uranium" which is a coincidence as that's the name of my next poem.
Surely something Delia Smith Turkey would do well at the minute like your Nigella Insert or anything Jamie Oliver, perhaps Jamie Oliver Free Porn might do well, covering lots of options. Not sure anything to do with the bible would do very well at this time of year though celticman, opening times however would be massive.
Glad your well again Rob, I can see your point about the drop from two to three, that must be some sort of unwanted record, a drop in reads of about 780 for consecutive parts to a serial (or any parts to a serial for that matter):-)
