Curtis Ray Jones
I'm a 73-year-old retired factory husband, father of two, grandfather of one. I am an amateur Sci-Fi Fantasy writer and write little poetry too, none of it published, I don't count Publish America, which 'published' my current project, Banished To Earth, in 2004. My only formal education is a creative writing class I had way back in 1970, so I'm kind of out of my depth on this site, but I'm trying to keep up. Love sharing my stuff. Now that's the way I want to write, the previous chapter really drives home the threat stalking Billie and Danielle.
This is kind of prose I need to read. to hone my own meager skills.

Your prose is wonderful, a joy to read
So the witch is 'free', but scared by evil still doomed by of death, and lust for etenal life.
Her savior her demon tormentor has done her no favors, but that was never his intent.
