I'm a 73-year-old retired factory husband, father of two, grandfather of one. I am an amateur Sci-Fi Fantasy writer and write little poetry too, none of it published, I don't count Publish America, which 'published' my current project, Banished To Earth, in 2004. My only formal education is a creative writing class I had way back in 1970, so I'm kind of out of my depth on this site, but I'm trying to keep up. Love sharing my stuff. Thanks for the opportunity to do so. Ray

Great read...

Its good kids don't see the world like adults, but the world does not care about their innocence or misplaced confidence in the security the adults provide. When trouble comes, too often they don't see until it's too late, that grownups have to...

What you are going through is miserable, scary, I pray it passes you, unharmed. Venting is healthy, your experience your illness is your the share or keep, as you see fit. It takes great courage to share such pain, so wish you did not have to...

Just how much power do these pretty stones possess, could be more to them than they know. Love the accent and interaction between the characters, story chugging right along
