I'm a 73-year-old retired factory husband, father of two, grandfather of one. I am an amateur Sci-Fi Fantasy writer and write little poetry too, none of it published, I don't count Publish America, which 'published' my current project, Banished To Earth, in 2004. My only formal education is a creative writing class I had way back in 1970, so I'm kind of out of my depth on this site, but I'm trying to keep up. Love sharing my stuff. Thanks for the opportunity to do so. Ray

That poor child, you really took me there, with your  detailed description. I was transported to an ominous world, glad to leave yet eager to return. Great Job Ray

So sad you had to endure that. But you made it through. I so hope can resume your normal life soon, and so glad you are on the mend.

Lovely poem

What a delight, spent a lot of time in the woods when I lived on a tobacco farm decades ago, it was always a mystical escape, every shadow an inticing mystery. Seems you feel the same.

Really enjoyed your Poem Ray
