Have to be careful or I come up with ones like Billy Sugger and Posy Dillock and Gertie Noll and Bosey Dugger. All those are slightly off colour if you look at them in the correct way.

I have been writing them for well over 40 years, so I have accumulated a fair number of them. There are I think about 10 or so Dark Forest ones,20 or so others and at least a dozen Amanderella ones.
