no pun too bad for ABCTales - that is our motto. How curious Turlough! It's beautiful, but I wonder if it's safe to leave it there? I have brick and flint walls and am forever pulling plants which destroy the mortar. Figs can also grow VERY BIG

If only we could have just a little bit of Turlough's heat and sunshine, it would be so much nicer. I'm finding this summer quite depressing (though my garden isn't)

It really was another world wasn't it? The only good thing about the all pervasive nicotine miasma was the fact that it masked other smells and I do sometimes wonder which was worse
