Perspiring Poetry

This is a collection of poems I wrote. They might not be great, some might not be any good, but they are mine. If you like that's great and if you don't it doesn't really matter.

Past, Present, Future

An accidental meeting Two paths cross Two blind possible lovers Not able to see the opportunity in front of them One with their head down watching footsteps

An Hourly Chore

Peering at gentle curves a device to tempt the heart

Colored Clouds

a smell, a scent, a catalyst

The Wolf's Redemption

I have to act quickly to offer him what was once given to me, Redemption No bible verse or words of christ but a reason to live, a way of life.

Her silhouette

Etched into my granite soul

Her flirty skirt

A twinkle in her eyes like bait She knows she has me hooked

My curse and my desire

My curse and my desire a need and disease It's my bad habit not even I have to like it I know the warnings they are quite clear I fear it may be too late the cancer I feel is near

The Day Dream

Gazing to a place that isn't there we ponder massless thoughts weighing words of intangibility our minds lost wondering aimlessly until reality knocks upon the door

My End

I dangle there my feet bare above the floor the rope is taught the chair no longer there time slows to a sloth's pace agony as i watch the clock each second an eternity my life should pass
