This is gorgeous Jenny, I'm also not sure I understand properly what it's about but find it very comforting and I am sure that it holds great truth

How you have broken up sentences makes words seem frightening, like falling through ice and the bits are all sharp, where once skated effortlessly. Even the rhythm jars in your poem, adds to the fear. I am so sorry about your father, it is aweful...
