lovely story :0) The first part made me smile and the second part made me wish I was wise like India! It is nice to see the photos of Rohan as he grows, too
an important thing I have learned to try to do, although I am not good at it, is to let childhood go, you had no control over it, you were a child. At the time, I thought it was my fault, but now I have my own child, I know nothing is his fault....
That brought back memories :0) I imagined new washing machines quivering in terror as they came through our front door. But lovely at every stage, both the fun in the woods, then getting warm in the bath, then all cosy in clean clothes off the...
what a happy, poem, full of gentleness (even though windy) And the connection of the past with the present as your neighbour waves to you. It makes a lovely feeling, to read
And glad you are able to write again, this is a lovely installment to continue. You have done a great job introducing Rohan - I loved this bit in particular :
