The Huxley Letters: Writings of a Victorian Lady & Airship Captain

A Steampunk adventure/romance story, told in an epistolary style. The noble-born Lady Clara Huxley, trapped in a miserable marriage, longs to escape through travel. Through her various voyages on the airship Aurora with her loyal crew, new worlds are opened up to her in more ways than one. However, some things still anchor her to her tragic past.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: The Huxley Letters were born out of the Steampunk Pen Pals project with the International Geek Girls Pen Pals Club (IGGPPC). Participants wrote to each other in a roleplay style, developing stories around their Steampunk personas. I owe a huge debt of thanks to my writing partner, Kendra, who kindly gave me permission to publish my created story for others to read. Out of respect for both her privacy and her own creation/writings, I have created a fictional recipent, Mrs. Rachel Fairfax, to fill gaps in the published version.

Also, apologies for the parts being listed out of order - this seems to be due to how the numbers are recognised!
