There's a rainbow in my soul
~
And the rainbow never ends
We will go where days grow greener, where nights sleep cool and crisp and fresh and still, and heartache disappears like black cloud as your smile breaks through, and streams in canyons
Love love the doves to love the loves the loves to love Love the loves love to love the doves the doves to love Love the loves love to love the doves the loves to love Love love the doves
starlight starbright moonlight pale white i wish i can i wish i could i wish i will i wish i would i wish i may i wish i might dream a dream of you tonight!
I love you more for the fire in your hair Than the dresses that you wear I love you more for the fire in your heart Than the kisses at the start I love you for the fire in your soul

skillful notably the rhyme

Very skillful the rhyme especially is, it must have been an effort this is a lot of work and dedication. (I know the word "succour" only from one place, the Battle Hymn of the Republic).
Amazing comment it could well go through as a seperate entry. Glad to hear she's well I saw later you have the submission as autobiography. Our mother has been in hospital now for two months and it doesn't look good.
The poem has beautiful imagery and lovely metaphors. I just love camping being so close to nature and the elements with only bare nessacities. Itwould me nice to have company you know like a young woman. Maybe one day.
Almost makes you look forward to getting old! I like your newer approach to poetry a lot more Richard, although I must be far behind. You write a lot it's hard to keep up! &&
Always wondered what the women are up to in those fashion shops in & out the change rooms all the time carting clothes and stuff around ... So in fact it all turns out actually very mundane.

a rainbow that never ends

What a lovely little story! I would just want to change "The End" to "The Beginning" and "The End of the Rainbow" with "The Beginning of the Rainbow."
Thanks for an inspirational little story! &&

rainbow nation

Very beautiful. Sincere. It is interesting how the word "rainbow" occurs only in the first and in the final lines.
Nelson Mandela named us the Rainbow nation and his dream will live.
Thanks Luigi! && Nolan

Interesting speculation on the future. Personally I'd rather be dead than artificially intelligent in a virtual reality ...
Good Scifi! I would say you have some original ideas ...
