There's a rainbow in my soul
~
And the rainbow never ends
Live hard and die young Feel the heat of the burning sun Swim within my broken tears Dance in the fire of my love Japie K. * * * In fond memory of a wonderful friend and companion
Ride on Time Ride on Time Ride on Time Write on Time Write on Time Write on Time Right on Time Right on Time Right on Time Ride on Time! Ride on Time! Rider of the Storm!!
Blue and white sea and sand murmur and hush round surrounded by nut-brown hair To touch your cheek to brush your hair to steal your smile and feel soft breezes salty sea breezes
We will go where days grow greener, where nights sleep cool and crisp and fresh and still, and heartache disappears like black cloud as your smile breaks through, and streams in canyons
Love love the doves to love the loves the loves to love Love the loves love to love the doves the doves to love Love the loves love to love the doves the loves to love Love love the doves
The born-frees in South-Africa are young people who were born since 1995 that is Mandela's time and after our first democratic election. That gives you about 23 and younger. Of course they had hopes and expectations.
Very skillful the rhyme especially is, it must have been an effort this is a lot of work and dedication. (I know the word "succour" only from one place, the Battle Hymn of the Republic).
Amazing comment it could well go through as a seperate entry. Glad to hear she's well I saw later you have the submission as autobiography. Our mother has been in hospital now for two months and it doesn't look good.

What a lovely little story! I would just want to change "The End" to "The Beginning" and "The End of the Rainbow" with "The Beginning of the Rainbow."
Thanks for an inspirational little story! &&
