This bought tears to my eyes as I read. I often feel the emotions of childhood memories, that bond of the warm loving times, especially around this time of the year. My mum and dad are sadly gone too, so I understand exactly...
I haven't a clue about the great feedback or how it gets on there, I just presumed that one of the editors puts it on. I'm sorry I can't be of more help to you. Best thing is to ask insert.

An adorable story. I wonder if Mark the super mouse stepped outside his door and got caught.
Very much enjoyed reading.

Hi Richard,
I love nature documentaries about bears and never miss one if it's on the tv.
Your story shows the reality, that even in the animal kingdom they too mourn the loss of loved ones.

This was a great story Richard. It was good to read that the boy's perseverance at fitting in worked out in the end.
Thank you for sharing.

You've done it again

You've done it again Geraldine, with those magical metaphors that I so enjoy reading. Especially loved the lines:-
Shrouds of silken webs
catch stars dribbling rays,

An eerie aura spawned by
phantoms...
