You are right you need to describe your treatment 'warts and all'! Both to help you and others who may be reading this. Even when healthy lying awake at night brings on all sorts of horrors.
Thanks for letting us know how things are. Sad to hear about the progress of your awful foe. Such a dreadful disease but modern medicine does seem to be making some progress against it. A tough decision for you to have to make....
