My stories

In a room with a monster who wants us all to die You stand at his side, drinking, copy the look in his eye Downing his anger, his poison like a shot

I will do it

Pray someone to carry your heart for you; Until you’re strong enough to lift it yourself. Pray someone to appear in front of you; To open your eyes to see the light; to feel alive.

And so they walked...

And so they walked together into the mouth of death itself, like the family that fate had forbidden them to live as. Then I choose to die and be with you forever.

Cocoons hung like stalactites from my limp, lying form It took the dance of a thousand butterflies to wake me up last Spring It was the gentle breeze of two thousand wings

Next time

I still remember, all those centuries ago, When you were happy just to be alive I remember the smile on your face was there As if nothing could take it away
