The challenges underfoot make

The challenges underfoot make the process all the more satisfying . Love the idea of bracken as cladding and the anticipation your words build of of the view over the other side.
I thoroughly enjoyed this, it's so intimate but of course not sentimental. The part about your mum made me think a lot about myself, I must become more of a grown up! Well deserved story of the week.
Very interesting Ice Rivers, I'm a worrier too, all of what you say here is true, I just can't stop imagining the worst case scenarios...p.s I know a grown man with Alfred's exact facial features.

I never really thought about how much history is in a millstone, what toil and how many lives nourished by the flour. Beautiful and interesting peom, very much enjoyed Rhiannon.

It sounds lovely, socialising, mature style, comforting and fun bar a few physical restraints. An interesting, beautiful poem.
